Introduction
The untimely death of Mori’s parents forces him to leave his Lord and become a ronin in order to care for his two young siblings, Kota and Ano. On the path to honour his deceased mother and father he is abducted to the spirit world. The spirits test him in a fight with an oni, victory the only path to freedom. His reward a duty too great for one man - to defeat the demon horde invading the mortal realm.
Mori, guardian of his family must become the guardian of the world.
How to Read
Each Part is, mostly, self-contained. If you want to only read Part 1, you can. Only Part 2, you can. Chapter 1 of Part 1 can also be enjoyed alone. Jump in if you’re a fan of Onimusha, Kurosawa films, or Nioh. Enjoy the journey to feudal Japan.
